    Founder & Creative Director

    As a designer who spent a great deal of time living and working in Brooklyn, Jennifer is proud to call Texas home. With a degree in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts in New York, she brings experience in visual communications from teams such as JP Morgan Chase, The Museum of Modern Art, and Louise Fili Ltd. Her work has been featured in design compendiums by Gestalten, Rotovision, Rockport, Chronicle Books, and HOW magazine. Jennifer is a co-founder of the letterpress studio Workhorse Printmakers. She has advocated for a greater understanding of the value of design and designers in government, business, and media in her role as Vice President of AIGA Houston, from 2012-2016.

    Co-Founder & Illustrator

    John Earles is an illustrator, strategist, and co-founder of Spindletop Design. John holds an MFA from School of Visual Arts, has extensive experience in project management, client relations, and brand strategy. His work has been featured in Gestalten, Rockport, Chronicle Books, and HOW magazine. He is also the co-founder of Workhorse Printmakers and an educator, teaching at University of Houston and Lone Star College. John has served as the Director of Operations for AIGA Houston from 2012-2016, and is the current Secretary on the Board of Directors of The Printing Museum of Houston.
